That is where coaching comes in. Coaching is not only about insight, but also about turning that insight into action. In coaching, we strive to set and reach your goals, whether in your career, your relationships, or your artistic endeavors.

  • You can reside in any state or country to obtain coaching services.

  • Most likely, no. I screen all clients before beginning coaching services, and if mental health struggles prevent you from living safely and healthfully, I will refer you to a mental health practitioner in your state. It is likely that before growing and moving forward, you will need to look within and heal. I honor this process in my work.
